Charlie aka Lambchop, you were and are so loved. 

In your short 4 years of life, you brought so much happiness and joy.  I know you are now healthy and happy with Sam and Jake.  I knew you were sad without them and missed them so much, but never in my life did I imagine you would leave so soon.  You had so much life ahead of you.  You never showed you were ill and it was such a shock when you suddenely left. 

Thank you for the memories and we love you so much chop chop.
