Miss Lilly came into our rescue in the worst condition we had ever seen a Westie. The Vet did not give her a very good chance of surviving, but she fought against all odds and almost made it to her 14th birthday.
She did have health issues all of her life but she was sweet, spunky and had Westie-tude to spare and I loved her…she was and will always be my heart dog.
Fly free my girl and please look down every once in a while to see that your Mommy is continuing to run Westies In Need and all the little white dogs that we save will be in your honour.
I will miss you forever and will never forget our love.
