James is a 12 year old Westie that WIN rescued from a Montreal shelter. His family dropped him off there (after having him since he was a little puppy) and he was so unhappy and scared.

He is now safe with our rescue. He is a sweet, sweet boy.

An update...James has been adopted! He has found his new home!!!!
