This little 2 year old Westie is just about the cutest boy ever!  So sweet and loving and so happy that he was  released from a puppy mill...we were so happy to bring him into our rescue.  Welcome Roscoe!

An update...Roscoe has found his home- he and his new Mom make such a great family!!!
